Description

Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in creating and executing strategies that drive brand awareness and promote our events. Your attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills will help ensure the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and promotional emails.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends relevant to our events.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including metrics for social media, email, and website traffic.
• Maintain and update event websites, social media channels, and email databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design.
