We are seeking experienced and dynamic Project Managers to lead our high-end retail construction projects in the vibrant Miami market.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage luxury retail construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to deliver high-end finishes and bespoke retail spaces.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with all parties involved.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years specifically in luxury retail projects in South Florida.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-end retail spaces for top-tier brands.
  • Strong knowledge of the Miami construction market and local permitting processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
