Job Description:
A company is looking for a DC Plan Management Analyst to work in
a team environment and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of IRS regulations and code
sections related to qualified retirement plans
Manage day-to-day client relationships and proactively address
issues brought by plan sponsors and external partners
Respond to client and participant inquiries, resolving service
issues to enhance client relations
Required Qualifications
0+ years of industry experience with an aptitude for problem
solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work well within a team environment and take ownership
of personal work product
Experience in managing client accounts and expectations
Preferred qualification: QKA certification
