Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analytics Director to lead
analytical initiatives within the Customer Experience and
Operations Enablement organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a Business Analysis team to develop analytical models and
insights
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to create
strategic roadmaps
Utilize data to identify business trends and make actionable
recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering,
Business, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of relevant business or operations experience
2+ years of people leadership experience
At least 4 years of experience in consulting or business analysis
preferred
Experience leveraging SQL in a business environment
