    Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
    
    • The Sr. Director of Strategic Growth and Innovation is responsible for identifying and driving key business opportunities that support long-term growth, operational efficiencies, and improved patient satisfaction. This role will work closely with physicians and cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and implement innovative solutions that help the organization excel.
      Key Responsibilities:

      • Strategic Growth Initiatives:
        Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic growth opportunities by collaborating with physicians, business units, and external partners to drive organizational goals. Lead initiatives that create efficiencies, improve patient satisfaction, and generate long-term value.
        
      • Physician Engagement:
        Build strong relationships with physicians across the organization, acting as a key point of contact. Understand their challenges and goals, translating their needs into actionable strategic initiatives.
        
      • Innovation and Efficiency:
        Identify and champion technology, process improvements, and innovative initiatives to streamline operations, improve patient outcomes, and drive efficiencies.
        
      • Project Leadership:
        Lead and manage strategic projects that impact the long-term growth of the organization. Coordinate with different departments to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
        
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
        Work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations, IT, and Clinical Affairs, to ensure that strategic initiatives align with the organization's overall business objectives.
        
      • Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
        Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to identify opportunities for expansion or improvement.
        
      • Change Management:
        Lead and facilitate change management initiatives across the organization, ensuring that teams are aligned and working toward common goals.
        
        Minimum Requirements:
        
        • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
        • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic growth, business development, or similar leadership roles within a healthcare or physician practice environment.
        • Proven ability to build strong relationships with physicians and understand clinical and business priorities.
        • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work across functional areas and drive large-scale projects.
        • Experience with implementing technology solutions to drive operational efficiencies and improve patient satisfaction.
        • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify growth opportunities and address operational challenges.
        • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

          • Experience working in physician practice management or a multi-specialty healthcare organization.
            
          • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, health information management, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
            
          • Track record of success in managing long-term strategic projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
