A company is looking for an Associate Pricing Manager - Loan
Closing Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Present loan terms and conditions to borrowers and negotiate
terms
Explain documentation and funding processes to clients
Maintain a high-volume pipeline and collaborate with Sales
Executives, Underwriters, and Funding teams
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a sales pipeline effectively
Knowledge of loan products including conventional, jumbo, and
government loans
Ability to analyze income and assets for loan qualification
Understanding of processing, underwriting, and loan closing
procedures
Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
