Our NYC-based high-end architecture firm is expanding its Miami presence to support our growing roster of projects in Florida, and we are looking for a skilled full-time Project Architect /Project Manager to join our Team from there. What You'll Do:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to design standards and timelines while maintaining CTK's commitment to client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop initial design concepts and see them through to construction administration.
  • Organize and present design deliverables from initial stages through to completion.
  • Handle coordination, site visits, and client presentations with or without senior staff.
  • Collaborate on construction documents and specifications, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.
  • Direct and guide drafting staff and oversee production of architectural drawing sets.Who You Are:
    • A self-starter with a team-oriented attitude, capable of leading and inspiring others.
    • Experienced in managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
    • Proficient in technical, management, and communication skills, capable of engaging with all project stakeholders effectively.
    • Familiar with the intricacies of project schedules and budgets, and skilled in maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
    • A strong understanding of BIM processes and tools is essential for this role. Knowledge of Vectorworks is preferred but not required.
    • Fluent in Spanish.
    • Licensed architects are preferred, recognizing the expertise and professionalism that licensure brings to our projects.
    • Must have a car and be able to drive to various project sites in the Miami Metropolitan Area and beyond.Compensation: --- Yearly Salary Range is $80K-$110K, based on experience and qualifications.
