Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Regional Sales to
drive business development and revenue growth in the hotel
electronic locks market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a field sales team of 10 employees to meet or
exceed sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and provide strategic insights
for territory enhancement
Drive the effective use of SalesForce CRM to track sales activities
and opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in access
control, security, or hospitality industries
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering multi-million
dollar revenue targets
Expertise in SalesForce CRM, sales forecasting, and S&OP
planning
