shifts totaling 40 hours per week, covering all cases and
specialties, including OB. The supervision ratio is 1:4, with
overtime available and one weekend call per month. Candidates must
be comfortable with overnight shifts. Documentation is done using
paper and iPro Lite, with personal phones used for work. Emergency
