experienced and dedicated Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our
dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers the
opportunity to work on challenging and high-stakes legal cases
within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have
significant experience in the areas of medical malpractice,
insurance defense, and defense litigation. This role provides an
exciting opportunity to represent healthcare professionals and
institutions in complex medical malpractice cases and contribute to
the broader legal landscape in this field.Responsibilities:As a
Medical Malpractice Attorney, your key responsibilities will
include:1. Representing clients in medical malpractice lawsuits,
including healthcare providers and insurance companies.2.
Conducting in-depth research and analysis of medical records and
other pertinent documents to develop strong defense strategies.3.
Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions,
and discovery requests.4. Negotiating settlements on behalf of
clients in cases of medical negligence.5. Representing clients in
both state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration
panels.6. Managing cases involving automobile liability, trucking
liability, and other related areas.7. Providing legal advice and
guidance to clients regarding potential legal issues and risks.8.
Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends
in medical malpractice and related fields.Qualifications:To be
successful in this role, you will need:1. Juris Doctorate (JD)
degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 3 years of
experience as a Medical Malpractice Attorney or Associate Attorney
in a similar role.3. Must have 2-5 years of insurance defense
experience.4. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.5.
Proven experience in representing clients in state and federal
courts.6. Strong knowledge of medical malpractice law and related
areas, such as insurance defense and defense litigation.7.
Experience in handling cases involving automobile liability,
trucking liability, and medical negligence.8. Excellent research,
analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.9. Ability to
manage multiple cases and work under pressure to meet deadlines.10.
High ethical standards and professional integrity. This position
