Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Dean, School of Health
Sciences.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of academic programs, ensuring
quality curriculum and faculty performance
Evaluate program outcomes and metrics, reporting to the Dean in
compliance with accreditation requirements
Facilitate collaboration among faculty, manage student concerns,
and represent the institution within the community
Required Qualifications and Education
Master's degree in a healthcare-related discipline; terminal degree
preferred
Minimum of five years of management experience with a successful
leadership track record
At least three years of teaching experience at the university
level
Familiarity with programmatic accreditation and compliance
bodies
Certification in a health sciences field preferred
