Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Work from Home Credit Card
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve basic payment and account-related requests for assigned
clients
Utilize user-friendly GUI screens and established documentation to
assist customers
Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced representatives or
designated departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of six months of contact center or work from home
experience in the last 18 months
Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
Must be on camera at all times during work hours
Entry-level position with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour
