Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Staffing Specialist to
support staffing analysis and execution of strategic staffing
plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide system enterprise scheduling and placement support,
including processing staffing requests
Evaluate workforce daily and collaborate with multiple departments
to impact patient throughput
Serve as a centralized information resource for registry team
members and perform administrative support tasks
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
Two or more years of generalized HR or related work experience
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced
environment
Working knowledge of personal software packages
Significant use of computer and phone devices required
