Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join
their remote recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract technical
talent
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical
requirements and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a
startup or venture capital environment
Extensive experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
Detailed understanding of data science, machine learning, software
engineering, and infrastructure technical roles
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding yearly hiring
targets
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related
field
