A company is looking for a Software Engineer - Developer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain modern developer tools, including build
systems and CI platforms
Lead multi-person, cross-functional projects to enhance reliability
and efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address developer
pain points systematically
Required Qualifications
6+ years of industry experience, with 4+ years in Infrastructure,
Platform, or Developer Experience teams
Expertise in Build Systems, CI/CD optimization, or Remote
Development
Strong coding skills in programming languages such as Go,
TypeScript, Python, or Ruby
Experience with large-scale monolithic codebases and building
scalable platforms
Proven ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
