Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal to assist closing attorneys
in preparing loan closing packages for SBA loans.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist closing attorneys in file management and report pulling for
closings
Order and follow up on title orders
Prepare and compile loan documentation in compliance with internal
and SBA requirements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings with
familiarity in SBA loan documentation
Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation
Highly proficient with file management and PDF software, and MS
Office suite
Bachelor's degree preferred
Paralegal certificate preferred
