Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chatbot and AI Conversational
Designer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) and
Human-Centered Design.
Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive conversational flows for chatbots and AI
assistants
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine
designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational
designs with product goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design,
Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in conversational design or a
related field
Proficiency in conversational design and prototyping tools
Experience with AI and machine learning algorithms related to
natural language processing (NLP)
Preferred: Master's degree in a related field
