Job Description:
A company is looking for an RCM Performance Analyst to conduct
in-depth analysis of revenue cycle data and provide strategic
recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-depth analysis of financial data, including claims,
denials, and payment trends
Investigate and resolve billing errors and denial issues,
collaborating with stakeholders for solutions
Prepare and present reports on findings and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of previous RCM experience
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and experience
with software like Power BI
Knowledge of medical billing/coding and healthcare business
processes
Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including
Medicare and private HMOs
Experience working with global vendors is preferred
