Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join
their Mission Support Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements from customers and
stakeholders
Lead the team in defining system and software requirements,
including roadmaps and user stories
Mentor team members in systems engineering, business analysis, and
Agile best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience
or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
Experience in systems engineering and business analysis
Proven experience leading small to medium teams or projects
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust
Clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
