Apply today!About the roleAs a CDL Driver, you will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and the client's sites. Drivers will have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment including vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans, and flat beds.Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment in a safe manner following DOT regulations and company policies and regulations.
• Drive commercial vehicles to pick up and transport waste to a designated location safely while meeting scheduled appointments and following all DOT regulations.
• Ensure placarding of the vehicle meets DOT regulations.
• Maintain paperwork including expense reports, timesheets, vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and job sheets.
• Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
• Secure cargo prior to and during transit.
• Complete additional assigned duties.Position Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Reworld offers GED Works - a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED.
  • CDL A License
  • Minimum of 1 year experience driving tractor and trailer, preferred
  • Manual transmission
  • Abide by standard DOT regulations at all times.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule rotating shifts. Work on weekends and holidays.Physical Demands of the Role:
    • Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
    • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
    • Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
    • Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
    • Consistently work in various weather conditionsShift:
